This is a good restaurant if you just want to fill your belly. The food is average, the service is just ok, and the restaurant is not that clean. The front display windows are very dirty. Also, the stuffed tiger in the window has been there for years. The restaurant only accepts cash or check, so come prepared.

Best (probably only) Chinese in Madison. Buffet is cheap and food is amazing. Take out is a steal. Ordered take out once, paid like $10 or $15 and ate for 3 days

Good food normally. Unlimited buffet or takeout all you can fit in an aluminum tray. Out of the 50 or so times I have been here, I did get sick once, but it probably was because I just ate too much of a greasy teriyaki chicken on a stick, and not their fault. Also, they do not take cards. Which can be inconvenient, so come prepared with cash.

China Moon is that small town chinese resturaunt. The food is always pretty okay, but business is around meal hours, so if you want it at its best-freshest, order at a reasonsble time. The food here is certainly the best in Madison, but its equally as expensive. Another tip, this place is cash only, so bring enough. Worst case there is a closeby atm and a bank down the street.If you are in Madison, this should be on your goto.

My wife went to school in Madison SD. We often ate at china moon and enjoyed it. Once and awhile we will drive back to Madison just to eat there! Great food and always clean.

I really enjoy the food here, whether eating in or getting a to-go container. They do not take credit cards though, which is very inconvenient. Also, it is dimly lit with outdated carpet and interior. It doesn't feel the cleanest, but I think that's just because of the outdated interior.
